After many successful years of The Virginia Pumpkin Festival, we have decided to take a break for one year. We will be back in 2018 bigger and better than ever. We are actively looking to employ an Events Manager to drive next years festival. If you are that person or know someone who would be excellent at managing and developing a major event like this please contact us. See you all in 2018.

€5 will also be donated by the festival to Virgina Cancer Care for every pumpkin entered!!

Heres what to do:
* Collect a pumpkin from Fresh Today Virginia for the reduced price of €2 for competition entrants
* Carve your pumpkin work of art...
* Write your full name & phone number with a marker on the back or bottom of your pumpkin
* Drop your pumpkin into Virginia Show Centre on Friday 28th of October between 10am & 6pm
* Winners will be announced on Sunday afternoon at the Festival.

All the Carved pumpkins will be on display in the town during the festival.
