New Local Link Bus Service
A new Local Link bus service will commence on Friday December 6th, operating once a day every Friday in the Tombrack / Kilrush area to Bunclody.
The new service will start in Tombrack at 9:30 am and take in the areas of Raheen, Ballaman, Curraduff, Ballyroebuck, Kilrush area on route to Bunclody where passengers can advise driver where you want to be dropped / picked up.
The bus will depart Bunclody for the return journey at 12.15 pm.
We are asking passengers to call the Local Link office on 053 901 1828 to arrange to pick them up.
Passengers can register to travel every Friday or can call us on a Thursday to add them to the list.
It is hoped that everyone will make use of this service - it's open to all ages and whether you drive or not it's still a great way to get to town and meet people and have a chat along the way!
Free Travel Pass is accepted on all of our journeys. An adult fare is €4.00 return and a child fare is €2.00 return. Under 5's travel free and the bus is accessible for wheelchair (please make arrangements in wheelchair option as heavier / larger mobility chairs are too big).
It is hoped that this new bus service will be of great benefit to the people of the Tombrack / Ballyroebuck / Kilrush area, so please spread the work to anyone who might use this new bus service.
