במפעל מתוכננים לוחות חשמל, פיקוד ובקרה, ע"י מהנדסי חשמל וייצור המתמחים בשטח זה. התכנון נעשה בקו ייצור של המפעל תוך בקרת איכות קפדנית, צוותי תכנון וביצוע מקצועיים וחומרי הגלם הנבחרים ונרכשים אצל טובי היצרנים בעולם.
