My guy friend is looking for one more roommate to fill a single room in a 3 bedroom SS/SK apartment on 3rd Ave between 10&11 st with Nathaniel Liberman and I.

It's a very nice apartment, 7 min walk from Chabad and Bronfman/NYU Hillel. Also near Cooper Union, NYU, Baruch.

Lease starts Sept 1.
Current occupant is looking to sublet this room between now to end of Aug, so move in can be before Sept 1.
