Day-wise Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Leh
Upon morning arrival in Leh by flight, you will be transferred to your hotel. Enjoy a welcome drink and then take ample rest to acclimate to the high altitude of Leh (3500 meters). Later in the afternoon, there will be an orientation and tour briefing. Conclude the day with dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2 :- Excursion To Sham Valley
Following breakfast, embark on a downstream journey along the enchanting River Indus on the Leh – Kargil Highway. Begin the day's exploration with a visit to the Hall of Fame, a museum constructed by the Indian Army, commemorating the bravery and achievements of Indian soldiers. Continue the adventure to Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, nestled at an altitude of 3600 meters, approximately 22 kilometers from Leh, dedicated to Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
A short 4-kilometer drive takes you to the Magnetic Hill, where an intriguing gravitational phenomenon defies the laws of physics. Continuing beyond Magnetic Hills, just before Nimmu Village, discover the famous Confluence Of Two Rivers – the Indus River from Tibet (on the left) and the Zanskar River from Zanskar Valley (on the right). After exploring the confluence, return to Leh for dinner and an overnight stay at the hotel.
In the afternoon, visit the Shanti Stupa, a serene Buddhist white-domed stupa situated on a hilltop in Chanspa, Leh district. Built in 1991 by Japanese Buddhist Bhikshu Gyomyo Nakamura, the stupa offers a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape and holds relics of the Buddha at its base.
Later, explore Leh Palace, also known as 'Lahchen Palkhar,' a 17th-century former royal palace with a museum and a prayer room. The palace provides a breathtaking view of Leh and the Zanskar mountains from its rooftop.
Conclude the day's explorations with a visit to Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, a revered site located 25 miles away from Leh town on the Kargil Leh Highway. Dedicated to Guru Nanak Dev Ji, the Gurudwara commemorates his visit to Ladakh in 1517 and houses a boulder with imprints of his head, shoulders, and backside.
Immerse yourself in the cultural and natural wonders of Ladakh before returning to your hotel for a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 3: Transfer From Leh To Nubra Valley Via Khardung La (120 Kms / 4-5 Hrs)
After a satisfying breakfast, embark on a scenic drive to Nubra Valley. The journey takes you through the breathtaking landscapes, traversing the renowned Khardung La, standing at an impressive elevation of 5,602 meters (18,390 feet) and renowned as the Second Highest Motorable Road in the World. Located approximately 39 kilometers from Leh, the pass offers spectacular panoramic views extending southward over the Indus Valley, revealing endless peaks and ridges of the Zanskar range, while to the north, the giants of the Saser massif dominate the horizon.
Nubra Valley, also known as Ldumra or the Valley of Flowers, unfolds between the Karakoram and Ladakh ranges of the Himalayas in the north of Ladakh. The average altitude of this enchanting valley is 10,000 feet above sea level. Upon reaching Nubra, check in at your Camp or Hotel in Hunder for an overnight stay.
In the evening, take a leisurely stroll around the quaint villages, gaining insight into the local way of life in this remote part of the world. Immerse yourself in the unique culture and charm of the region before retiring for the night at the Camp or Hotel in Nubra Valley.

Day 4: Transfer From Nubra Valley To Pangong Lake (150 Kms / 5 Hrs)
Commencing the day with an early breakfast, we bid farewell to our camp or hotel in Nubra Valley and proceed towards Hunder. Here, an exciting opportunity awaits you to ride on a Bactrian camel (double-humped) amidst the mesmerizing sand dunes of this high-altitude desert, with snow-capped mountains painting a stunning backdrop. After enjoying this unique experience, we make a stop at Diskit, the headquarters town of Nubra Valley. Take a leisurely stroll around the vibrant bazaar, observing local shops and people engaged in their daily routines.
The journey continues towards Pangong Tso via Agham & Shyok Valley. Brace yourself for some challenging road patches, especially on the Nubra side, but the breathtaking scenery along the way makes the adventure worthwhile. After overcoming these adventurous stretches, the drive progresses towards Durbuk & Tangtse for Pangong. Traverse through the picturesque landscapes of Changthang, passing by small villages, and suddenly be captivated by the panoramic view of Pangong Lake situated at an altitude of 14,000 feet (4,267 meters).
Upon reaching Pangong, check in at your Camp or Hotel near the lake, where dinner and overnight accommodations await. Immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of Pangong Lake, surrounded by majestic mountains, for a serene and memorable experience.

Day 5: Transfer From Pangong Lake To Hanle Via Rezang La
Following a hearty breakfast, we embark on a scenic drive to Hanle. Our first stop is at the Rezang-La War Memorial, where we pay homage to the heroes of the 1962 Indo-China War. After offering our respects, we continue our exploration to visit the world's second-largest observatory.
Hanle, situated in the Changthang region of Ladakh, is renowned for its enchanting and serene atmosphere. The village is home to the Hanle Monastery, a 17th-century monastery belonging to the Drukpa lineage of the Kagyu school of Tibetan Buddhism. The monastery, perched beautifully on a hill, provides captivating aerial views of the entire village, which is inhabited by approximately 1000 people. Housing around 60 monks, the main monastery is one of Ladakh's largest and most well-known, constructed under the patronage of King Singeenamgyal.
The vistas from the monastery's summit are breathtaking, offering a serene panorama of the surrounding landscapes. Hanle also boasts the presence of the Indian Astronomical Observatory, recognized as the world's highest observatory at an astounding height of 4500 meters.
For the night, we settle in at a guest house in Hanle, surrounded by the tranquility of this remote and captivating region, promising a unique and memorable experience.

Day 6 :- Excursion To Umling La Top
Following a nourishing breakfast, embark on an exhilarating day trip to Umling La Top, renowned as the world's highest motorable road at an astounding altitude of 18,993 feet. This journey promises a thrilling adventure as you traverse through the rugged terrains and majestic landscapes of Ladakh. The road to Umling La Top offers breathtaking views, with snow-capped peaks and vast expanses unfolding before you.
As you ascend to this unparalleled height, the air becomes crisp, and the panoramic vistas become even more awe-inspiring. Umling La Top provides a surreal experience, standing at the pinnacle of motorable roads globally. The sense of accomplishment and the pristine beauty of the surroundings make this journey a truly unforgettable one.
After an adventurous day exploring Umling La Top, return to the comforts of your hotel in Hanle for a well-deserved dinner and an overnight stay. Reflect on the day's remarkable experiences in the tranquil ambiance of this remote Ladakhi village, surrounded by the grandeur of the Himalayas.

Day 7: Hanle To Leh Via Chumathang
Commencing the day with an early breakfast, we bid farewell to our hotel/guest house in Hanle and set out on a picturesque drive back to Leh. The journey offers stunning vistas, with a notable stop at Tsokar Lake, providing a serene and captivating backdrop. Spend some time soaking in the beauty of the surroundings before continuing the drive towards Leh.
En route to Leh, visit Thiksey, an impressive monastery complex that rises tier upon tier on a hill above the village, offering spectacular views of the landscape. Another 5 kilometers through picturesque scenery brings us to Shey Palace, the ancient capital of Ladakh, and the iconic 3 Idiots Rancho School. Explore the historical and cultural significance of Shey Palace before proceeding with the drive to Leh.
Upon reaching Leh, check in at your hotel for dinner and an overnight stay. Reflect on the diverse landscapes and cultural experiences encountered throughout the journey, as Leh provides a comfortable setting to unwind and rejuvenate before further adventures in Ladakh.

Day 8: Departure From Leh
