It was a risk that we took and many people questioned us about how do you think, you will survive only on R&R, without buying any queries, without doing any paid marketing activities? But we had faith on our past track record of customer service excellence that we had delivered to our clients in different capacities. We had faith in the trust and confidence that we had gained as a customer service executioner over the past many years. Our belief is- Products can be replicated but customer service cannot be replicated. It is about giving an experience to the client which he will cherish for the rest of his life. And a will not only come to you again and again but will also spread the about you in his circles. Strategy –
The main strategy will always be customer centricity. We believe in giving utmost importance to customer needs. Holidays are a very important family activity. It creates memories and we make sure that these memories are the best. To be more focused, it has been a strategic decision to deal only in select destinations. We do not want to compromise on our service quality and therefore we cater only to niche segments. The destinations that we work with are- Domestic travel anywhere in India, Bhutan, Nepal & Sri Lanka. Our Future Strategy:
1. We wish to grow more consistently rather than at a burgeoning pace wherein we may earn more and become bigger but not at the cost of our clients experience.
2. We prefer to have limited set of loyal clients rather than going after numbers where we appear to grow more but lose our identity which is the core of our existence.

River rafting basically is navigating a river with oars in a raft (an inflatable boat) with a group. Rafting is like taking baby steps to the world of adventure and having a lot of fun while at it. River rafting in Rishikesh is the most sought-after activity and you’ll find boards all over town which makes it that much harder to skip. What makes this a must-do in Rishikesh is the mighty Ganga. The waters of the holy River Ganga around Rishikesh have a forceful flow and is choppy with a number of rapids along the course of the trail which raises the difficulty and makes it equally thrilling. There are 4 rafting stretches- 1. Brahmapuri ( 8 kms/ 2-3 hrs) 2. Shivpuri ( 18 kms/ 3-4 hrs) 3. Marine Drive (27 kms/ 4-5 hrs) 4. Kaudiyala (37 kms/ 8-9 hrs) Rishikesh rafting season is from October to May. Depending on the monsoon season, it’s open till the 15 of June and starts again by the last week of September but do not plan your Rishikesh trip too close to the rainy season as the weather is always unpredictable. Paro Taktsang (Dzongkha: also known as the Taktsang Palphug Monastery and the Tiger's Nest), is a sacred Vajrayana Himalayan Buddhist site located in the cliffside of the upper Paro valley in Bhutan. It is one of thirteen Tiger's Nest caves in historical Tibet in which Padmasambhava practiced and taught Vajrayana. It is Bhutan’s most iconic landmark and religious Buddhist site in the world. The name Taktsang translates to “The Tiger’s Nest”. The temple is one of the holiest sites in Bhutan which clings impossibly to a sheer cliff face 900 meters above the valley. Day excursion to Maheshwar from Indore Visit Maheshwar town that lies on the north bank of the Narmada River. Also visit Fort of Maheshwar built during 4th to 5th century. It is the best example of ancient Indian material construction, war tactics & defense policy. The present structure belongs to 17th to 18th century. She has also been a visiting faculty at EDI, Gandhinagar conducting sessions on travel and tourism for budding entrepreneurs.
