In Details: A single family resort type bungalow with living room, family and dining room, laundry room, breakfast/dinette, 4 bedrooms, 4 attached dry baths with one having a bath tub, sky-lights and 1 bath attached externally for labors. A screened wood burning kitchen is an amenity for indoor workers and private chatting area which is away from the main hall and formal kitchen. The whole house is supplied with pure water from the water bed with a three stage central filtration system with auto tank filling and the kitchen is supplied with mineral quality water with a seven stage R/O purification plant with auto back washing.
The house is a double story concrete building, facing East on the west side of Allepuza/Madura high way and is located at Tanneermukkom, Cherthala. It has a living space of 3700 sq-ft with 3 car porches. The front and back are enclosed with rain protected balconies modeled as Devasurm/Illem, which could provide a unique nostalgia. The property is close to lake and tourist resorts and close to Kumarakam Coconut lagoon. The house boating and KTDC power boating and private powered yacht on nearby lake is a pass time for any interesting group. The Catholic Churches and Temples are only to a walking distance. The parameter of the property is protected with 5.5’ tall compound brick wall with 3 access gate on the back side of the property. The enclosed land is almost squire with vast frontage and is little over 1.5 acres. The backyard has 2 large ponds with natural lotus flowers and water lilies. The main gate is 12 ft wide with 15’ tall Padi-Pura with lights. The whole house is automatically illuminated by Sun sensor light system on dusk to dawn. The whole land is irrigated with concealed underground pipe lines with free KSEB electric watering system for cultivation.
