We are thrilled to share that our festival committee had a series of positive and fruitful meetings with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth organization of the upcoming Duhumbi Heritage Fair 2024! Here’s a glimpse of the collaborative efforts:

1. Productive discussions with the CO Dirang (ADC Incharge) for administrative coordination and support.

2. Ensured water supply to the venue through our meeting with the Assistant Engineer, PHED

3. Collaborated with the JE Electrical Dirang to ensure a reliable power supply throughout the festival.

4. Secured tents and a sound system with the help of Dy Commandant, ITBP to enhance the event experience.

5. Discussed security measures with the OC, Dirang Police Station for the deployment of a police force during the event.

6. Received additional support from the SSB Adm for tents, sound systems, and first aid arrangements.

We are grateful for the collective efforts of all these departments, and with their support, we are gearing up to bring you an unforgettable experience at the Duhumbi Heritage Fair 2024!

This model represents the performance area for the Duhumbi Heritage Fair.

From the entrance courtyard, you get a full view of the performance space and the stalls, which are thoughtfully aligned along a central axis for clear visibility.

We mapped out the existing trees on-site and designed the area around them. The concept behind the performance area is all about celebrating nature—creating a space that’s in harmony with the environment, embracing the beauty of the surroundings.
