The most popular attraction of Hampi, this architectural marvel is located within the Vittala Temple complex. 💯

It is actually a shrine built in the form of a chariot and rests on a platform that is about a feet high. ⭐

The shrine is dedicated to Garuda who is the carrier of Lord Vishnu. 🙏

The carvings and sheer beauty of this structure make it a ‘must-visit’ attraction of Hampi 😊

Located in capital of India, Delhi Qutub Minar was built in the 13th century.

Qutub Minar is not only the highest brick minaret in the world but also one of the famous historical landmarks of India. 💯

Being the cultural UNESCO World Heritage Site, Qutub Minar attracts thousands of visitors everyday. ✅

The surrounding archaeological area of Qutub Minar comprises of funerary buildings. 😊

Notably the magnificent Alai-Darwaza Gate is the masterpiece of Indo-Muslim art which was built in the year 1311. Other than that there are two mosques. 👍

This one's one of the few monuments to the Cold War is this gallery of 101 panels totaling around 4,300 feet. 💯

They were painted by artists in 1990 to commemorate the Wall’s fall and preserve a segment from destruction by urban development. 😊

Located in New Delhi, the Lotus Temple is an edifice dedicated to the Baha'i faith.

The magnificent structure of this building unfolds in the form of a white petal lotus and is one of the most visited monuments in the world.

The design of this shrine was conceptualized by Canadian architect Fariborz Sahba. This temple was completed in the year 1986.

The Lotus temple is one of the seven Baha'i House of Worship present around the world.

Ayutthaya Historical Park ~ Ayutthaya, Thailand 🇹🇭

The UNESCO World Heritage site of Ayutthaya Historical Park is located on the ruins of the ancient capital of Ayutthaya.

Though it was destroyed partially by a Burmese invasion, it still hold many wonders and has examples of pristine architechture.

The history and culture of 35 kings who ruled from here can be felt by those who visit this historical park.

The Leaning Tower of Pisa is located in the Piazza dei Miracoli just north of the city centre.

Although the Leaning Tower is the star, it is just one part of the Cathedral complex at Piazza dei Miracoli at Miracle Square.

Fort Santiago ~ Manila, Philippines 🇵🇭

Fort Santiago dates back to the 16th century, when it was built by the Spanish over the fort of the last pre-Hispanic chieftain of Manila as a strategic lookout over Manila Bay.

Lake Taupo ~ Taupo, New Zealand 🇳🇿

Located at the middle of the North Island of NZ.

Taupō was created nearly two thousand years ago by a volcanic eruption. 🌋

Taupō is a great lake for water-skiing, sailing and kayaking. 🌊

The Maori rock carvings at Mine Bay, which can only be seen from the water, make for a great boat trip or kayaking excursion.

The forests surrounding the lake offer hiking and mountain biking to suit all levels of experience.

Rani ki Vav (Queen's stepwell) ~ Patan, GJ, India 🇮🇳

Rani ki Vav or Ranki vav is a stepwell situated in the town of Patan in Gujarat state of India. It is located on the banks of Saraswati river.

The stepwell was built in 1063 by Rani Udayamati of the Chaulukya Dynasty in memory of her husband, Bhimdev I after his death.🧡

This is one of the oldest and finest stepwells in Gujarat and is remarkably preserved. 💯

Steps lead down through multiple levels with lines of carved pillars and more than 800 sculptures, mostly on Vishnu-avatar themes, as well as striking geometric patterns. ✅

This site was given the title of UNESCO World Heritage site in 2014.
