आज 500 वर्षों के संघर्ष के बाद हमारे राम जन्म ले रहे हैं और वही सूर्यदेव उस दिन के पुनः साक्षी बनकर उनका तिलक कर रहे हैं...

रामलला के जन्मोत्सव के दिन उनके माथे पर सूर्य की किरणों से तिलक लगाने की योजना पर चल रहा कार्य आखिरकार एक साल की कड़ी मेहनत के बाद सफल हुआ। अब जब 17 अप्रैल को रामजन्मोत्सव के दिन ठीक 12 बजे सूर्य की किरणें रामलला के माथे पर तिलक लगाएंगी तो अध्यात्म के माथे पर देश की उन्नत इंजीनियरिंग और विज्ञान का भी तिलक होगा।

रामलला को पहली बार शनिवार को सूती कपड़े पहनाया गया. श्री राम ट्रस्ट ने फैसला लिया है कि बढ़ते तापमान की वजह से अब रामलला को आरामदायक सूती कपड़े पहनाएं जाएंगे. इसके लिए मलमल के कपड़े को प्राकृतिक नील (natural indigo) से रंग कर और उसके किनारे गोटा से सजा कर तैयार किया गया।
