Travelling with buddies actually makes us want to learn a lot to enjoy fun and laughter 😂. Playing rummy in a boat and my friends enjoying seeing my funny reaction when i almost think that i won but with a wrong card 😣.

After our checkout in the houseboat, we left taking an auto towards the resort which was almost 30mins drive and then got stuck in road closure ; with no proper diversion we just enjoyed a village trip in auto back to another resort in punnamada with last minute booking.

It was early morning at 5am and we reached the allepey train station ; took a prepaid auto for Rs.170 towards the houseboat location within 15mins; the auto guy Nihas was such an amazing and gentlemen took care of us until we met the house boat incharge Mr.Jibin Mathew who came all the way to receive us within 5 mins.

Thanks to Mr.Ravi for recommending this Houseboat as per our budget.

As it was too early for check in, Mr.Jibin was so kind to arrange us for a temporary room in an available houseboat to take a short nap until check-in time for our booked boat by 11:30am.

The trip to was my first time and planned along with my besties for a short break to feel relaxed in a unique way.


Especially to start a train trip with TVC AC SF EXP 22207 was absolutely amazing with comfortable berths and food catering done on the train for our whole trip with a delicious dinner. They also offered Coffee, tea ,juice and snacks. Overall a good experience and a lovely journey with my besties.
