The last 3+ years were not easy. It was in late Dec 2019 when the Covid started - travel simultaneously reduced. Travel and Hospitality was the 1st business to shut down doors way before everything to avoid the spread but nobody could help since the damage was already done. And, March 2020 came : the workd went to a stand still. It was a night mare to all the current gen people who have never heard of Lockdown, Pandemic, 144, Travel pass, Travel ban etc,. Two months went with 0 business and books went to negative mode. All those bricks which we built through hardship and struggle in the last 5 years started shattering slowly. Inspite of the struggle, we never let any customer down - all the refunds were processed without any pendings. We resumed office in June 2020 but to only empty days with 0 business for most of the days, infact months. It was late 2020 when the 1st wave slowly exited and business very very slowly started blooming. We had hopes until the next devil came in the form of the 2nd wave - again back to Lockdowns, early closure etc,. But, this time personal losses of friends / family members made more worries. We consoled ourselves that atleast we are alive to fight and survive. Felt sorry for those who lost their dear ones to this. As a mother of all our sorrow, a blunder came in the form of a mishap at office in early 2021 for which we were never prepared/thought. Incomes dropped to a dead low but not the expenses in the form office rent, EB, telephone, academic fees for kids, houselhold expenses etc,. - in fact everything increased compared to pre covid levels. The business slowly rose to 1/3 rd of pre covid levels in late 2021. And, the graph is alowly moving higher till date. But the destruction done in the last 3 years, stress, sleepless nights - it will take another 5 years for us to overcome. AND, HERE WE ARE TODAY ISSUED WITH 3 YEARS FFMC LICENSE BY RBI FOR THE 3RD TIME. We thank all our clients, well wishers and especially our family members and friends for all the support given throughout all the tough times. WILL GROW STRONGER TOGETHER. Jai hind and Cheers..
