DAY 02 28 Oct: GUWAHATI – BOMDILA (330 km/6hrs/53min):
Get up early in the morning and have visit to Maa Kamakhya Temple, After that a full day
drive towards Bomdila at a height of 8000ft, Bomdila is a small town famous for itsBuddhists
Monasteries, magnificient valleys and Himalayan landscapes. Have lunch on the way,
Overnight stay at Bomdila.

DAY 03 29 Oct: BOMDILA – TAWANG (178 km/6hrs) :
Have breakfast and visit the Bomdila Monastery which was established in the year 1965 and it
represents the spiritual essence of Buddhism and then drive to Tawang. En-route drive past the
Sela-pass at 13,700 ft –the second highest motorable road in India. Stop at Jaswant Garh war
memorial to pay homage to the brave soldiers of the Indo-Chinese aggression and then Visit
the Nuaranang falls on the way to Tawang. Overnight stay at Tawang.

DAY 04 30 Oct: TAWANG SIGHTSEEING (Full Day)
Tawang full day sightseeing visiting the monasteries, Craft center, War memorial, Ani
Gompha and the local market during the day. Overnight stay at Tawang.

DAY 06 01 Nov: TAWANG –DIRANG (136 km/ 4hrs/38min)
In the early morning have breakfast and drive to Dirang (India’s heaven on Earth). Visit
Dirang Monastery, Yak research center, Kiwi Garden, also visit Khastung Gompa, Hot
Spring water and Kalachakra Gompa. Overnight stay at Dirang.

DAY 07 02 Nov: DIRANG - GUWAHATI (390 km/9/10 hrs):

Hills of Meghalaya, also referred as ‘God’s own garden’ has won the acclaim of being the
cleanest village in Asia in 2003. The village offers picturesque natural beauty, a trek to the
Single Decker living root bridge at a neighbouring village Riwai. Main attraction is the
Umgot river (DAWKI) with crystal clear water. You can enjoy along boat ride there; payment
will be direct. Evening return to Shillong, Check in Hotel. Overnight at Shillong.

DAY 09 04 Nov: SHILLONG SIGHTSEEING – GUWAHATI (90 KMs / 2 ½ hrs-One way)

After early morning checkout proceed to railway station for your onward journey to Borra caves: Enjoy the train journey passing through 40 tunnels, bridges and wonderful landscapes. Upon arrival at borracaves you would be received by our driver and proceed further by Car. Visit Borracaves,Galikonda viewpoint, Ananthagiri, Araku tribal museum . Overnight stay at Araku valley.

Day 4:- Araku | Vizag
