Job Description: We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to join our team in New Delhi. As a Senior Accounts Executive, you will play a critical role in managing the financial aspects of our diverse range of services within the travel industry. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our financial operations' accuracy, efficiency, and integrity.

The following are the responsibilities and requirements of this position:
Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts
receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
2. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of financial statements, reports, and
records according to Indian accounting standards and regulations.
3. Handle all aspects of payroll processing, including computation of salaries,
deductions, and statutory compliance.
4. Monitor cash flow, budget variances, and financial performance indicators to
provide timely insights and recommendations to management.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of
financial transactions related to Visa Services, Air Ticketing, Document
Attestation, and Tour Packages.
6. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial projections
in collaboration with the Finance Manager.
7. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities to facilitate audits,
compliance reviews, and filings as required.
8. Stay updated on changes in tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory
requirements affecting the travel industry in India.
9. Mentor and train junior accounting staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in
financial management and accounting practices.
10. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management to
drive continuous improvement and efficiency in financial processes.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2-5 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance
roles, preferably within the travel industry.
3. In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting principles, taxation laws, and regulatory
compliance requirements.
4. Proficiency in accounting software, as well as MS Office applications.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends,
and make data-driven recommendations.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate
effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
8. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
9. Experience in managing audits, tax filings, and compliance matters is highly
desirable.
10. Knowledge of foreign exchange regulations and international accounting
standards would be an advantage.
