An alliance of experienced IT professionals who were employed in several prominent MNC’s with a bit of analysis and the knowledge gained from their experience came to a conclusion that there was a phenomenal variation between the services that were delivered to the client to that of the client expectations. More over noted was the overpriced services that had customer satisfaction as their least c
oncern. The alliance also had the inference that the growth of an organization is not solemnly based on the annual profits of the organization but also dependent a lot on the relationships developed with the customer and level of satisfaction of a customer with the services provided. The alliance then came forth with an idea of an organization that was an emissary on a mission to eliminate any variation that was present between the service provided and the client expectation. The members of the alliance thus take the oath to develop relationships that would be resultant of the quality of the service delivered unbiased of the profit gained from the client. For the achievement of this cause, the members of the alliance struggled and found time to train themselves in their busy scheduled lives. The members strives to develop themselves to become eligible delegates of the organization and thus by the end of May 2014, the organization Tech Variants, which is an incarnation whose purpose is to meet the expectations of the clients.
