Liveaboards.com business involves advertising trips to Divers, Surfers and Cruising travellers wanting to holiday on Liveaboard boats. From a traveller’s
perspective, we showcase 3 types of trips; Diving, Surfing and Cruising trips. We ensure travellers have the tools available to select a bespoke "Liveaboard Trip to Dream about". To this end, we are finalizing the building of our portal www.liveaboards.com with search filters based on location, boat facilities, boat specifications (length, draft, age, material etc), Surf / Dive / Cruise amenities, Surf / Dive / Cruise likely trip sightings and experiences, Lastmininute trips and of course Rate per night filters (USD). In addition, we are providing "Traveller Satisfaction" testimonials and "Trip Reviews" from past travellers for each Liveaboard displayed on our portal. The reviews (Trip Rater) will assist both Travellers and Liveaboard Operators by providing comprehensive and accurate traveller feedback on 8 key metrics such as "Value for Money", "Boat Cleanliness", "Customer Service" etc. This will simplify traveller decision making and assist Liveaboard Operators refine their product through obtaining an improved insight into traveller loyalty and preferences. Equipped with this information, travellers should have sufficient confidence to proceed with their online booking. Our purpose built Liveaboard booking engine is capable of performing amendments, extra payments and cancellations online using the HSBC bank's Payment Gateway. For Liveaboard Operators, we offer 2 packages:-
* the first (Starter package) will be an entry level version, allowing Liveaboard Operators to advertise their Liveaboard on the portal and accept enquiries via email.
* the 2nd package (Captain package) features our purpose built booking engine allowing Liveaboard Operators to manage all aspects of their Liveaboard cabin inventory and accept payments online using either Mastercard SecureCode or Verified by Visa (HSBC Payment Gateway). We will issue instant booking confirmations for Liveaboards subscribing to the "Captain" package. In addition, there is a provision to offer discounts to Tour Operators and VIP clients alike.
