25 years….And counting!
We survived the airlines trying to nudge us out by slashing commissions- From 9 percent to 7 percent to 5 percent to 3 percent to 1 percent, and then…nothing🙈!!
We survived them reducing the credit period offered to us, from three weeks to two- and from two, down to one!!!!!
We survived the emergence of online portals that completely changed the dynamics of the trade. And then…
We survived Service Tax- that put us at a distinct disadvantage from the online portals that were already flexing their cyber brawn!
We survived GST…. And the multiple consultants we needed to hire to interpret its application!
We survived Covid- Wave after Wave- Where all streams of income came to a grinding halt - and not for just a short period of time!
We not just survived,
We grew.
We expanded office spaces.
We expanded our team.
We expanded our client base.
We expanded our range of services.
We made a name and a fairly decent reputation for ourselves, both within the trade circles and amongst our clientele!
NONE of this would have been possible without,
Our valued clientele, which include so many of my family and friends, many of which came on board even before we had steadied the ship.
Our trade partners, some of whom helped make our lives easier- and some, who further complicated things, forcing us to re- invent ourselves, time and time again 😆!
But most of all, my DREAM TEAM - The profitabilty of my balance sheet can’t even begin to capture the true value of this invaluable asset!
