DEAR SIR/Ma'am
Firstly We apologise for the inconvenience that took place as you faced this situation due to mechanical issue on the left side suspension balloon and it happened due to the worst road condition.
Now Some persons has provided wrong information about our bus service: AS01KC0097.
First point: We apologise for the situation that happened last night (06/06/2022) due to a mechanical issue which We have already explained. Our Government issues permits for a minimum 15 years for every commercial vehicle Bus but our vehicle is only about 3 years & 8 Months. Please find the RTO copy for your reference.

Second Point: Our bus has never travelled through Mayang. Our Bus got the mechanical issue on Dharamtol at 11.45 -12.00 but, We arranged another Bus with another driver on our station ISBT (GHY) and finally We sent another bus (AS01HC7777) at midnight for pickup of our Passengers. We always try to give our best service to our passengers as passengers our first priority but sometimes it may be due this is all about machines.
Now We never expect this kind of feedback from you because all the information about our bus is wrong. Please don't share the wrong information, It impacts everyone. Just imagine at midnight We had arrange another bus within 2 to 2.5 hours which is not possible for anyone because We had to arrange another driver also but We care about our passengers and finally We had to replace our bus at Midnight. Yes We want negative feedback also but it should be the truth, not wrong information. Hope you can understand.
