हाइकोर्ट ने चारधाम यात्रा के श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या बढ़ाए जाने के मामले को लेकर दायर याचिका पर मंगलवार को सुनवाई की। कोर्ट ने चारों धाम में प्रतिबंध के साथ यात्रियों की निर्धारित से अधिक को जाने व दर्शन करने पर लगी रोक को हटा दिया है।

16 सितंबर को हाईकोर्ट में चारधाम यात्रा को लेकर हुई सुनवाई पर हाईकोर्ट ने बड़ा फैसला लेते हुए लंबे समय से चार धाम यात्रा पर लगी रोक को हटा दिया है ऐसे में अब जल्द ही चारधाम की यात्रा शुरू हो सकती है। उच्च न्यायालय ने चारधाम यात्रा पर लगाई गई रोक को कुछ प्रतिबंधों के साथ हटा दिया है। मुख्य न्यायाधीश की खंडपीठ ने केदारनाथ धाम में प्रतिदिन 800 भक्त या यात्रियों, बद्रीनाथ धाम में 1200, गंगोत्रि में 600, यमनोत्री धाम में कुल 400 यात्री जाने की अनुमति दी है।

न्यायालय ने हर भक्त या यात्री को कोविड नेगेटिव रिपोर्ट और दो वैक्सीन का सर्टिफिकेट ले जाना होगा। चमोली, रुद्रप्रयाग और उत्तरकाशी जिलों में होने वाली चारधाम यात्रा के दौरान आवयश्यक्तानुसार पुलिस फोर्स लगाने को कहा है। भक्त किसी भी कुंड में स्नान नहीं कर सकेंगे।

The Kuari Pass Trek, also known as Lord Curzon’s Trail, takes you deep in the Garhwal Himalayas, to a maximum altitude of 12,763 ft. This trek in Uttarakhand takes you on one of the most magnificent adventure treks with views of stalwart Himalayan peaks such as Chaukhamba, Nanda Devi and its twin Nanda Devi East. The Kuari Pass Trek is considered to be one of the best trekking places in Uttarakhand, known as one of the best tourist places in India.

Day 2
NAINITAL
Post breakfast, go for the Nainital Lake tour, which includes Sattal, Bhimtal, and Naukuchiatal. In the evening, you will ride on the ropeway and visit the Mall road. Overnight stay at the Nainital hotel.
Day 3
NAINITAL – ALMORA – KAUSANI (115 KILOMETERS)
Check out from the Nainital hotel after breakfast and then drive to Kausani via Almora. When in Almora, visit Deer Park, Chitai Golu, and Devta Temple. Later continue the journey toward Kausani; upon arrival check in the hotel. Overnight stay at the Kausani hotel.
Day 4
KAUSANI
Begin your day with the view of the sun rising above the horizon. After the beautiful view of the sunset, go to the hotel restaurant for breakfast. Today, you will visit the local attractions of Kausani like Anasakti Ashram (Gandhi Ashram), Laxmi Ashram, Sumitranandan Pant Gallery, Kausani Tea Estate, and Baijnath Temple. Overnight stay at the Kausani hotel.
Day 5
KAUSANI – RANIKHET (60 KILOMETERS)
After Breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Ranikhet. During the journey, you will visit Ranikhet Golf Course and Kalika Temple. It is believed that the trimurthis(triple deity of the divinity in Hinduism), Brahma, Vishnu, Maheswara meditated on its three corners. Some articles say that at the end of the Mahabharata, Pandavas took the route from Mana village to reach the steps to heaven which is on the Swargarohini glacier via Satopanth Tal. The trail to Satopanth lake is one of the beautiful trails in the Garhwal region. You cross Mana, India’s last village, the famous Vasundhara waterfall. Sahastradhara which has more than 100 waterfalls can be spotted on the trail. Trekking on the bank of Alaknanda and camping in the Lakshmi van forest and Chakratirtha meadow are the best part of the trek. Vasudhara Falls is a waterfall situated near Badrinath, in Uttarakhand, India. It joins river Alaknanda. As it heads towards Bhadrinath Temple, it bypasses the region. Day 2: Shimla - Sarahan (165 kilometres in approximately 7 hours)
After breakfast, drive from Shimla to Sarahan via Kufri, Theog, Fagu, Narkanda, Rampur. On this route, halt at Rampur for lunch. On reaching Sarahan, check-in to your Hotel.

Your journey from here will take you to another spectacular destination in the middle Himalayas which is also known as Baspa valley – the prettiest valley in Himachal.
Arrive at Sangla & check-in to your Hotel. After a delicious dinner, sleep comfortably overnight.

Day 4: Sangla - Chitkul - Sangla (40 kilometres in approximately 3 hours)
After breakfast, explore the vicinity around including an ancient Kamru Fort & Temple dedicated to the Goddess Kamakhya Devi which was brought from Assam. After lunch, leave for an excursion to Chitkul - the last Village on old Indo-Tibetan trade route. Walk through the green orchards, by a brilliant stream. As the day falls, return to your hotel in Sangla for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5: Sangla - Kalpa (49 kilometres in approximately 4 hours)
After breakfast this morning, check-out from your hotel and drive to Kalpa. 2670 metres above the sea level, Kalpa is the district headquarter of Kinnaur and was once the favorite getaway of Lord Dalhousie. On reaching Kalpa, check-in to your Hotel. Once known as Chini, little has changed in Kalpa in the last 500 years. Legend has it that when Lord Dalhousie wanted to take a break from his hectic schedule in Shimla, he would come here on his Horseback. By the side of Kalpa is a 79-foot rock formation that resembles a Shivlinga that changes the colour as the day passes and is visible to the naked eye on a clear day. After lunch, rest in your hotel for a while. In the evening, visit the Buddhist Gompa - Hu Bu Lan Kar. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: Kalpa Sightseeing
Early morning, enjoy the Sunrise over Kinner Kailash Peaks. Kalpa is famous for its apples & chilgoza plantations. The tree belongs to the Pine Family & the fruit is in about an inch long, in soft cover. After breakfast, visit the local School & Narayan Nagini Temple Complex, which has Shrines of Hindu, Buddhist and local Deities. After lunch, go for an excursion trip to Roghi Village to get closer to the ‘Pahari’ way of Life as you mingle with the locals. Later return to your hotel in Kalpa for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7: Kalpa to Shimla (240 kilometres in approximately 8 hours)
After breakfast, drive from Kalpa to Shimla, a drive of around 8 hours. Reach Shimla in the evening and spend rest of the day at leisure. Return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
