In addition we are coming up with our own resort in Havelock Island located about 40 kms North east by sea from the International airport of Port Blair , capital of Andaman and Nicobar islands. And this includes Phuket, Bali, maldives , Fiji , and other such exotic destinations. We are very proud to feel that we are the first ones in the history of Andaman and Nicobar Islands to get on lease for 30 plus 30 years from the Andaman & Nicobar Administration and the permission to build a Beach Resort. Our property is situateted on 5 hectres of land with 1.8 km of sandy beach, with the shadow of secular Mangrove forests, The property will have rooms with all modern amenities. The works are under progress. We hope to finish the first phase of construction works and start hosting the guests right from the coming. For your kind information we have already few cottages operational.
