SBG Projects Investments Limited, a part of SBG, executed a Shareholders’ Agreement on June 19, 2010 for investment of 20% in the equity share capital of the Company. Thus, with the induction of SBG as a co-promoter, the Company is now well poised to systematically exploit niche segments of the EPC business. The Company is expected to be in a position to diversify its geographical and sectoral mix, and introduce newer and more efficient processes and solutions to its customers. This would result in improved delivery times, cost savings and other better quality of products.
