Tourism Federation Jammu Calls on Chief Secretary J&K to Discuss Pertaining Issues of Travel Fraternity Jammu
The Tourism Federation Jammu recently called on the Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir to discuss various issues pertaining to the travel fraternity in Jammu. The meeting covered several important points, including the overall development of infrastructure, buses for the pilgrimage sector, day tour buses for the Suchetgarh border, and easier and hassle-free NOCs for hoteliers.
The Federation emphasized the need for the development of infrastructure to attract more tourists to the region. They also highlighted the importance of providing buses for the pilgrimage sector and day tour buses for the Suchetgarh border to facilitate travel for tourists. Additionally, they requested that NOCs for hoteliers be made easier and hassle-free to encourage more investment in the tourism sector.
The Chief Secretary assured the Federation that their concerns would be addressed and that the government is committed to promoting tourism in Jammu and Kashmir. The government is working towards creating a favorable environment for overall development and has taken several initiatives to promote private sector participation, leading to increased investment in the tourism infrastructure and services.
The Federation expressed their gratitude to the Chief Secretary for his time and attention to their concerns and looks forward to working together to promote tourism in Jammu and Kashmir.
