This is sun rising video taken from camp 1- I remember this was our first acclimatise rotation and on this day we were very tired because camp 1 is too far from base camp and it becomes more difficult to in the hot sun . We spend 1 night here and went to Camp2 next day. It takes some time for the body to adjust to this environment, so it is necessary to do rotation, It is happens because at time of summit push, your speed also get little faster , because in this rotation it self more than half the stuff already we keep it in the higher campus which reduces the load of goods with us , secondly the path is also known, when which obstacles will come and most importantly, the chances of getting mountain sickness are also less , acclimatise rotations these are a very important part for a climbers.
