An old aunty was selling this on a stall with her young beautiful daughter who also invited me again in the evening to have some food. They thought I was making a video to learn how to make momos so they also told me shaam me ana khaane aur sikha bhi denge๐

I always feel that if you want to relish some local cuisine then you need to change your preferences for a while.
You just have to fit yourself in their shoe to enjoy it fully ๐
I learned a few things about these momos.
They are way different from what we get in delhi the covering of momos is thicker and a bit raw it's just like the concept of Aldante in Pasta. About the filling they go very basic it's just pahadi onion, cabbage and green chillies and a sprinkle of their secret masala which they didn't tell but I'm guessing that was salt, vinegar and pepper nothing else๐
About the chutney it tasted just like red chillies no garlic(I'm guessing)
And they don't serve Mayonnaise ๐
Overall I enjoyed this combination โค๏ธ
