D.T Joseph - the former Director General of Shipping and Secretary Shipping, Government of India, is the Chairman of our company. He at the helm of affairs of the company will steer the company in the proper direction in
the best interest of all the stake holders. The promoters and Board members: are people with excellent background in their respective fields of expertise - ship building, ship operations, public relations, finance and management. Thomas – Director and CEO is an MBA from XLRI with 32 years experience in Engineering, Pharma and Shipping industries. Prior to joining our company he was Vice President of the largest private sector shipping company in India, The Great Eastern Shipping Company, Mumbai. Joy Jacob – Diretor is an Industrialist with a B.Tech degree in Naval Architecture from Cochin University of Science and Technology with 20 years work experience in shipping industry - in ship design, ship manufacturing and ship operations. James – Executive Director is an Industrialist with post graduate qualification in Economics with about 25 years experience in shipping and shipping related industries at senior levels. Regi Mathews – Executive Director is a graduate in commerce and MBA in marketing. After a stint with Asian Paints he is heading a direct marketing company dealing with interior decorative products. Baby – Executive Director is graduate in economics from Fergusson College, Pune University. He had a long stint in Saudi Arabia in corporate liaison as a business coordinator in the ministry of civil aviation. Shibu Thomas – Director is an Industrialist. He is a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum. After a short stint with multinational companies in Pune he set up his own industrial units in Pune and Bangalore for the manufacture of engineering items most of which is exported.
