1. The Rest amount is to be paid 15 days before the commencement of the journey.

To travel is to live, and so we believe Sky Tour Travels has a number of years of experience in the travel industry specializing in offering travel services domestic and international. Passengers can book their seats in advance by paying a sum of Rupees for ( Sundarban 2,000/- ), ( Gangtok 4,000/- ), ( Dooars 4,000/- ), ( Bhutan 5,000/- ), ( Andaman 5,000/- ) only. And the advance amount is not re

fundable.
2. Passengers have to bear all entry fees guide charges and sight-seeing charges.
3. Ticket fare will be applicable as on the date of the journey.
4. Itinerary is an object to change under unavoidable circumstances.
5. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, breakdown of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents. We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation, or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
6. For Train Journey we are entirely dependent on Railway Authority, it is not possible to allow any particular seat (Lower/ Middle/ Upper Birth).
7. If any Tour is Cancelled due to climatic causes, strike train cancellation, or any other circumstances, in that case, passengers have to bear to loss of 25% of the total amount.
8. If there is any increase in Railway/ Bus /Air/ Ship Fares the difference in the fare is to be borne by the Tourists.
9. There will be no refund for any unforeseen calamities which may occur during the tour.
10. In case of cancellation of any kind of transport-related to the tour. Management will not undertake any financial liabilities/ Responsibilities for this. However, the tour conducting officer will help to board the next train is unreserved compartments or procure ship/ Air tickets for the next voyage/ flight. Cancelation Policy:
1. 45 Days before 15% of the Total Tour price will be deducted.
2. 30 Days before 30% of the Total Tour Price will be deducted.
3. 15 days before 75% of the total tour price will be deducted.
4. No refund is allowed if cancellation is made within 14 Days.
5. No refund for Bhutan, Leh & Andaman tours.
