Gangasagar is the holiest pilgrim in Hindu rituals .
The Gangasagar pilgrimage is on Sagar Island’s southern tip of West Bengal , where the Ganges enters the Bay of Bengal.
The Gangasagar pilgrimage is the second largest congregation of mankind after the triennial ritual bathing of Kumbha .
As per Indian mythology King Bhagiratha through deep meditation, induced Shiva to order goddess Ganga to descend to Earth to perform the Last Ritual (Hindus also called as"Tarpan")
The date of the descent of Ganga was Makar Sankranti (when Surya enters Makar Constellation, i.e. "Uttarayan" of Hindu Panchangam) and by this Tarpan goddess Ganga gave moksha to the 60,000 sons of King Sagar’s
GANGASAGAR is almost 140 Km from Kolkata City .
We will Picked you up from Kolkata Airport or Howrah Station on Day one .
We will arrived GANGASAGAR and complete the darshan .
Night Stay will be in “Gangasagar”
We will take a bath “TARPAN” in Ganga on 2nd day early morning.
After Puja Path we will come back to Kolkata .
