*Day Wise ITINERARY :*

*Day 1:- Chandigarh To Manali*

*Meal: Dinner.*

Arrive in Chandigarh by Air or Train. Our cab will pick you up and drive to Manali.In evening will reach Manali after long drive, Check in the hotel. Stay and meals as per package

*Day 2:- Manali - Local Sightseeing*

*Meal: Breakfast - Dinner*
After breakfast proceeds for a local sightseeing tour of Manali visiting the famous places, Hadimba Temple, Vashisht Kund , Tibetan Monastery Van Vihar & the Mall Road. Get back to the hotel for overnight stay

*Day 3 :- Manali - Solang Valley - Manali*

*Meal: Breakfast - Dinner*

Early morning start your thrilling tour to Solang Valley up to snow Line (Subject to Availability). This place is famous for mountain outing and activities. In the evening return to Manali Hotel for cozy night stay. Note: Vehicle will not proceed further than Upto Snow Line Barrier due to Heavy Snow or Landslides warnings by govt. Along with this NGT Terms & Conditions will also apply.

*Day 4:- Manali - Kullu Naggar sightseeing

After breakfast go to visit Kullu & Naggar sightseeing, in Kullu can visit mini Vaishno Devi temple, River rafting point, after that visit naggar castle..after that back to hotel dinner and stay.

Day 5 :-Manali - Shimla Transfer*

After breakfast checkout from the hotel and get transferred to Shimla via Kullu Valley, can do also visit on the way pandoh dam, Sundar Nagar lake. After that You will reach Shimla by the evening. Check in to the hotel and dinner & overnight stay.

*Day 6:- Shimla Local Sightseeing & Kufri Sightseeing*

Today enjoy the local city tour of Shimla. Start off with the beautiful landscapes of Kufri and then hem ad on for Advance Study & Sankat Mochan Temple. In the evening enjoy a stroll on the Mall Road, The Ridge, Scandal Point, Lower Bazaar, and Lakkar Bazaar. Dinner & Overnight Stay in Hotel.

*Day 6:- Shimla - Chandigarh Drop*

Expenses incurred due to any factors beyond our control like natural calamities, Heavy Snow Fall, landslides, political Insurgencies, Strike etc.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION

For Package conformation you need to deposit only 50% Payment in Our Company Account given below and receive your Booking Voucher.
Guest will have to make 100% payment before 30 days of arrival. Otherwise booking will concider as Cancelled.

Package can be altered/change as per the customer’s requirement/ interest if possible (Subject to availability)

Check out time of the hotel mentioned is 10:00 hrs. Check in time is 12:00 noon. ( Eearly check in is subject to availability )

We may reschedule the sightseeing days subject to weather conditions & to ensure smooth ex*****on of tours.)

We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather & are not liable for it.


Though Himachal have been witnessing a huge tourist growth but the facilities available cannot be matched to those available in the Cities and other developed destination.
CHILD POLICY:

Children below 5 years are complementary in parent’s room without extra bed. (Milk/Food for infant or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct payment in hotel.

PREPONE AND POSTPONE:

For postpone/Prepone of tour packages are to be communicated in written and need to be inform us at least 7 days prior of tour date.

INR 3000/- will be charged extra for Prepone/postpone.

CANCELLATIONS:-

If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non-payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client.

All cancellations are to be communicated in written and advance amount is non refundable, besides the forfeiture of the deposit amount of the tour,

Further charge will be levied as follows:-

30 days prior to departure of the tour, advance amount is non refundable, advance will be charged.

30 days to 15 days prior to departure of the tour 50% of total tour cost.

14 days to 07 days prior to departure of the tour 75% of total tour cost.

07 days to 01 days prior to departure of the tour 100% of total tour cost.

There will be no refund for NO SHOWS.

However, if any of the amendment requests results in cancellation of one or more services, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as indicated in the above-mentioned table.

Any amendment in the original booking has to be given to us in writing. All changes will be processed only after the receipt of the same by the Company.

The above-mentioned cancellation charges are applicable only against the main Tour and optional tours published by the Company. If the Client has booked any other services such as air / train tickets or any third party product, then the Company is liable to recover cancellation charges as per cancellation terms of respective airline / railways or the cancellation terms of respective third party.

The Company is also liable to recover its service charges against booking and cancelling such services for the Client.
