As we expand our operations, we are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our sales and marketing team.
Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Sales Executives and Marketing Staff to represent our company in various districts of Kerala. The ideal candidates will be responsible for generating sales leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and ultimately driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients within government organisations and corporate companies in the assigned districts.
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Actively promote our products and services on the GeM portal to potential buyers.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and preferences, and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to prospective clients.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless ex*****on of sales initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record in sales or marketing roles, preferably in B2B sales.
Familiarity with the GeM portal and experience in selling products/services through it is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in local languages and English.
