With tantalizing mocktails to tease your taste buds and personalized lanterns to ease your eyes, Fire and Fizz is a one stop shop for all your festive fantasies. Colin Peter Field is bartender and author who has been ranked as best bartender in the world by Forbes and Travel + Leisure magazines. He is the head bartender at the Hemingway Bar of the Hotel Ritz Paris and has invented several drinks,

such as the Picasso Martini. Field is involved in the training of students for bartending, and has authored the book The Cocktails of the Ritz Paris. Inspired by his work we, Little Colin’s specialize in providing the best mock tails in and around Manipal. We encourage our visitors to try their hands at creating mocktails, and if found good it will be added to our menu. We bring you flavours from the rest of the world at an affordable cost, that too at your doorstep!
