In such, setting micro goals that are specific, measurable and achievable is an evidence-based way of boosting productivity. In addition to a demonstrated history of working in health and fitness, holds a Master’s degree in Sports Nutrition. She is an avid cyclist and marathon runner who has not only helped train cardiac patients but also counselled Olympic and Paralympic athletes. Over the years, Namrata has acquired expertise in the field of sports weight and lifestyle management, ultimately making her an asset to every organisation. She holds impressive certifications in building supplementation for athletes (ASADA) and shaping diets based on genetic testing (Nutrigenomics). Legends Of Ladakh

Within minutes of entering the region, Ladakh begins to glow in the exuberance of its prayer flags. These flags - commonly noticed in local houses and monuments, on vehicles and backpacks - are composed of five colours; each symbolising an element of the universe and together signifying balance. Local legends claim that the Devas (non-human, god-like entities) once carried these flags inscribed with Buddha’s prayers into the battlefield. In their wars against the Asuras (non-human, demi-gods), the flags served as protection and enabled the triumph of good over evil. In the contemporary world, this legend is carried forward by travellers and mountaineers who bear strings of prayer flags in the hopes that it will protect them from harm. A fading flag is therefore auspicious, as it denotes prayers and spiritual vibrations that have been carried forward.
