Beautiful mornings at Bodhi Villa, Karjat. A weekend off to be just with nature and enjoy home grown veggies (red cabbage, drumstick, green chowli etc) and fruits (mango & coconut).

Bodhi Villa, Igatpuri
- the thrill of seeing the first bunch of bananas grow in your garden. Add to it the lovely flowers blooming around it. It’s home away from home with sights of beautiful mountains, perfect place to catch sunrise and sunset.

You can grab a cup of coffee - or a glass of beer and sit with your loved ones with soulful music at the gazebo.

Treks or long walks are a perfect way to connect with nature. The drive around this area is breathtakingly beautiful!

Bodhi Villa - Villa 49 at Tattva, Pinglas near Karjat is part of a gated community, housing around 40 villas. It is a two and a half hour drive from Mumbai / Pune. A caretaker couple will cook and clean for you. A nearby caterer is also available to order home-cooked meals. There’s a barbecue option also.

Scenic outdoor deck area is the perfect place to unwind with family and friends.

A wonderful weekend spent at our villa in Igatpuri. The roses have bloomed beautifully and the tiny waterfall behind the gazebo gives a feeling of sitting by the river. Do dm us if you would like to book our villa.

Spending 31st night at Bodhi Villa, Igatpuri was totally worth it - Great friends to begin with, yumm barbecue food, fantastic weather with the moon looking so beautiful and lovely music. As if this wasn’t enough, after the dancing was done with, the singer streak in everyone woke up and everyone took a shot at the Karaoke 🎤 system that we have there.

Bodhi Villa Karjat - Winter in the Konkan region is very different from winter in the north, there are just these two months of the year when you can pull out your jackets and make some use of them. This is the best time for outings. Our Karjat villa is a great place to enjoy with family and friends. Reminiscing some memories of the place. One can even go cycling or running.

Reconnect with nature and unwind at the Bodhi Villa Igatpuri located in tranquil Igatpuri, two and a half hours drive from Mumbai. At a height of 2000 ft above sea level, the villa offers scenic views of the Western Ghats. It is part of a gated community ( Relax County). The villa is equipped with modern amenities, like air-conditioned bedrooms, generator back-up and a fully equipped kitchen. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, the villa is ideal for a few days with family and friends.

The space
The villa has five bedrooms with attached bathrooms, large living room and a well equipped kitchen. The Garden, fire place and sit out and the terrace on first floor are large spaces that are perfect for spending an evening with family and friends. All bedrooms are air conditioned and uninterrupted power supply is ensured through a multiple sources including Solar power and generator back up. Trekking enthusiasts may want to explore Mt. Kalsubai, which is about an hours drive from the place.

The villa is ideal for large family/friends get-togethers, with vibrant common spaces - living/dining/family room (first floor) and private spaces in the five bedrooms. The Villa has all modern amenities including air-conditioning, cable tv and diesel generator for power backup. The large front deck, with a breathtaking view of the Sahyadris, provides a great setting for evening parties with barbecue. The first floor balcony and terrace are good for a relaxing cup of coffee or a sundowner.

Other things to note
Home cooked food, prepared according to guests' preferences is delivered by a local chef at very reasonable prices. Coal and gas fired barbecues are available and the caretaker can help in setting up the equipment for guests interested in using the barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas stove, microwave, utensils and basic supplies and can be used to prepare basic meals.
