It was built due to geographical advantage on Western Ghats. These rich heritages have lost it importance over the period of time post India’s Independence. Except few forts and caves those manage to attract tourist and hence generate good money, rest of the forts and caves are in ruins. I started to explore forts & caves, as it was the topic of my documentary. After covering these places with goo

d research, I realised the economic importance of Mumbai region. Due to ignorance on the part of government and climatic changes would eventually contribute to deteriorating conditions of fort.
