It’s been exactly 25 years I graduated in Psychology Honours from Ranchi University, Ranchi. My interest about knowing human nature through normal and abnormal behaviour made me study Psychology with ease. Often I use to visit mental hospital in Kanke, Ranchi for my projects on observation methods and Interviews methods.

While talking to couple of Doctors and staff at the hospital I understood well that psychological methodologies are applied to treatment of mentally unstable people and health problems. And then psychological studies helped me in interactions and towards understanding people behaviour and finding solutions of problems. Therefore I follow psychological aspects that ultimately aims to benefit our society to deal with emotional intelligence.

Once we understand behavior of humans and non-humans it’s easier to find solutions to deal with them. My biggest interest in Psychology includes the study of conscious mind, subconscious mind and unconscious mind, feelings and thoughts that helped me a lot in learning and teaching strategic sales methodology.

The story of Sanjukta Parashar who sent 16 terrorists to Yam Sadan and arrested 64 more extremists after entering the dense forest with AK 47 in her hand should be known to every woman in the country who thinks she is abla.
If a fair looking and beautiful Sanjukta ever passes in front of you, you can't even imagine her immense performance. When an ordinary woman does something that even millions of ordinary men can't do, then her achievements should be sung on social media, but we don't accept that there is a world beyond politics and caste and religion. That's why Sanjukta Parashar's page doesn't get lakhs of likes and politicians, senators get crores of likes.
Sanjukta, who studied in a school in a backward state like Assam and then got a degree from Delhi's JNU, passed IPS with 85 rank in the country in 2006 Doctor Sanjukta Parashar is known as her PhD in US Foreign Policy. She got married to IAS officer Puru Gupta. They have a 6 year old son. Sanjukta's mother takes care of him.
Sanjukta's posting was done in 2014 as Superintendent of Police in Sonitpur district of Assam and she had to learn what fire is everyday. Bodo extremists had created havoc in the district. Hundreds of people were killed. Encountering with them in the dense forest of Assam is an invitation to death. When Sanjukta used to enter the dense forest with CRPF soldiers with AK 47 in hand, the soldiers also got the strength of ten elephants. As many missions were successful, extremists were also cutting in the name of Sanjukta. She was getting threats through letters and phone. But Sanjukta who was walking around with head and bottom in hand was not affected at all. About 16 terrorists were killed and 64 were arrested, that too during her 18 months career.
Today Sanjukta Parashar is working in Delhi. Her goal is to completely eliminate terrorism in the country. We all should pay respects to the immense deeds of such a true Khuriya Ranaragini. We should salute! Jai Hind!
