To succeed in his role, a teacher must be a Continuous Learner himself. A teacher needs to update and upgrade themselves every year to stay relevant and effective.

The current generation of students have different approaches and learning styles. They are exposed to the world, have easy access to all the information, and are more aware. At the same time, the attention span of students is decreasing and there are many sources that may distract them. This poses a great challenge for the teacher to engage them in the class and help them focus on a particular subject. They need to be taught using new methods and technology.

The New Education Policy (NEP) also aims to enable educators to advance their approaches by investing in teacher education and professional development. They may create varied learning settings that promote students' holistic development and use technology skillfully.

It was a pleasure to conduct a Teachers' Training Session for 250 teachers from various institutes associated with Bavla Education Society at A. K. Vidyamandir.

Heartiest thanks to all the participants for their active participation, all the principals for their involvement, and the Governing Board members for organizing this event.

It was an amazing experience to meet and interact with group of experienced learning & development professionals.

Facilitated a one day program on Transformation through Games for the highly enthusiastic and ready to learn participants connected with Maitry Learning Group.

Working for quality education, that too for primary education and in the remote rural locations of India is the most challenging task. The difficulty to travel, lack of awareness, resources and facilities make it tough to initiate and sustain the education improvement project.

Primary education is the foundation of development for any individual. It is in primary school the seeds of SANSKAR are sown. The primary education helps develop the attributes like curiosity, creative visualization and logical thinking. It builds the character and helps children learn basic skills that prepare them for life.

We are proud to be associated with Paras Vidhya Yojana an initiative by Shiksha Samraddhi to improve the quality of primary education in remote parts of Shikharji, Jharkhand.

Paras Vidhya Yojana currently covers around 10 to 12 km area around Shikharji. Young talented youth is selected from the rural area and they are trained to work at Primary School Teachers. So far, 130+ young individuals are trained out of which 34 are deputed at 27 Schools to impart education.

We are glad to conduct training for this teacher and also working to train more teachers for future. Thank you Shri Vijay Jain Sir, Shri Jawaharlal Jain Sir and the board of JSS for this opportunity to contribute towards building stronger India.

The new financial year of 2024-25 has started. It is the time to explore new opportunities, launch new initiatives with renewed resolve to serve more clients in better ways.

It was a time for Team learning pvt. Ltd. to Rejuvenate and Restart the year with more Excitement, Energy and Expertise. It was the time to refresh our knowledge and skills which is one of the most critical part of being Future Ready.

Keeping in mind the mantra of Learning – Unlearning - Relearning we planned a program REFRESH to Up-Skill & Re-Skill ourselves. Our team members once again demonstrated that, we at Continuous Learning Pvt. Ltd. truly believe in Learning Continuously.

We had a wonderful meeting and interactions with two dynamic outdoor educators. Thank you Khobragade and Ram Iyengar to spend your valuable time with us to explore new possibilities and sharing your experiences.

In today’s world of education where “Marks” overpower “Knowledge” and “Market Value” overpower “Values”, it is a real uphill task for any organization or institution to provide value based education with holistic development approach.

Education institutes should not be treated as a “Business”, but it is a “Social Enterprise”. In this challenging time it is difficult for any school management to sustain and grow upholding the value based education model.

Interacting and facilitating training sessions for the School Management teams from 11 schools associated with Jain Shiksha Samraddhi was a fulfilling experience. Discussion on how to become a unique and role model school in your own area imparting best education along with inculcating the culture and values in the students was really interesting.

Training for us at Continuous Learning Pvt. Ltd., is not just a profession, but much more than that. Contributing in peoples life and bringing transformation is the drive that keeps us motivated.

We as a team enjoy the process of designing, developing and delivering training. Our co-ordination meetings are full of ideas to make the learning experience very special for the participants and the create value for the clients.

While on the assignment, we demonstrate a great synergy and enjoy each and every moment which makes it a relishing experience for all.

Recently, we successfully imparted a two day training program to 120 young and dynamic engineers of a global conglomerate providing technology services.
