When we discuss and spoke to this tourist in detail, he distorted the beauty of Kashmir and praised the hospitality and behavior of kashmiries . But at the same time, he complained that on both sides of the road from Srinagar Airport to Pahalgam via national highway where it is Dachnipora Bijbhera Pahalgam road or Khaanabal Pahalgam road , piles of rubbish, garbage,polythene ,litter and other pollutants piled up on the roadsides of National Highway,Dachnipora and Khovripora, which every human being, especially tourists those coming from outside the state find it weird and bad.
So the tourist said us that if Kashmir is very beautiful place on the planet , the people here are so beautiful and hospitable, then such piles of dirt should not be piled up everywhere in this beautiful valley .
He also advised the tourists visiting here from other states to use less of the things which have negative effects on the local environment and ecology of the kashmir valley .

Some travel agents to make more hefty money are also defaming this tourism trade.many travel agents in the name of Pahalgam they sell lower areas like GANESHPORA,RAFTING POINT MOVERA,YANER ,NAGIPORA ,LADDI etc....If we take a closer look, these spots are far away from Pahalgam tourist destination ,we all are aware the MOVRA and YANER is about 15 kms distance from pahalgam, GANIESHPORA 17 kms, SERCHEN 13 kms, NAGIPORA and DAHWATOO 13 kms, Ladi 10 kms is away before the main pahalgam tourist destination. People especially some travel agents who sell these places to their tourists /guests in the name of pahalgam are completely wrong and illegitimate.
So why isn't these travel agents or hoteliers provide true and correct information to tourists before their travel?
Such an frauds and cheat is done with tourists here but sorry to say the TP and tourism enforcement wing and the department is unable to take any strict action against those who found guilty. The tourism police and the tourism department should take strict action to prevent such wrongdoings.
But despite so many cases and complaints being registered by many tourists from last many years , till today no action is being taken by the department which is a very unfortunate . We hope the concerned authority will now wake up and take action under law against all those person/ persons travel agents / hoteliers who is found to be involved in such wrongdoings.Thanks
