Hey, Flaners today we were exploring Pune’s culinary gems.
And we probably had the best meal of the year , the coolest restaurant in the town with unique dishes and heavenly desserts!
We started with a pre-appetizer ( Crispy vegetable bao ) which was good, we were kinda sad that it got over so quickly. Could have eaten more pieces of it.
After that we ordered ( Rozli Paneer & Naan ), a paneer preparation in onion tomato gravy with flavours of green chillies, each bite was a revelation.
That was followed by rice ( Burnt garlic & ghost chilly rice ) fragrant rice cooked with burnt garlic, Ghost chilli, Lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves which was insanely good. We have never eaten anything like it before. Who thought of this? How did they make it? How do we relive this taste? This dish was truly, honestly exceptional.
Just when we thought nothing could outdo the previous taste, the dessert ( Baklava with rose ice cream ) arrived and proved me wrong. A crispy filo pastry stuffed with a variety of nuts and baked, drizzled with sugar syrup and rose ice cream.
So, was the meal worth it?
Yes, for sure.
A must-try for all the food enthusiasts out there!
