How to make rajasthani dal bati .
ingredient::
mix dal:
split pigeon peas: 1/4 cup
red lentils split: 1/4 cup
green gram: 1/4 cup
yellow split peas: 1/4 cup
urad dal: 1/4 cup
salt: 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
Roasted Peanut Powder - 2 tbsp
for tadka:
oil: 4 tsp
dry red chilli:1
asafoetida: 1/4 tsp
mustered seeds: 1 tsp
cumin seeds: 1 tsp
green chilli: 4-5
onion: 1/4 cup
tomato: 1/4 cup
turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Amchoor Powder
coriander powder: 1 tsp
salt as per teste
garam masala: 1 tsp
