#हेमकुंड साहिब व #लक्ष्मण मंदिर - बद्रीनाथ जवळ १५,१९७ फुट उंचीवर स्थित स्थानिक भाषेत लोकपाल लेक ज्याला आता हेमकुंड म्हणून ओळखले जाते. या ठिकाणी तुम्हाला स्वर्गातल्या वातावरणाचा आनंद घेता येतो. घांगारिया य ठिकाणाहून ४-६ तासांचा ट्रेक केल्यानंतर पोहचता येते. हे ठिकाण हिंदू आणि शीख दोघांनाही पवित्र आहे. या तलावाकाठी तुम्हाला शीख गुरुद्वारा व लक्ष्मण मंदिर बघायला मिळते. गुरु गोविंद सिंग ज्यांनी शीख धर्माची व गुरु ग्रंथ साहिब यांची रचना केली, त्यांचा पूर्व जन्मा राजा पांडू हे या ठिकाणी तप करत असतांना ईश्वराने त्यांना सांगितले होते कलीयुगात तुम्ही गुरु गोविंद सिंग यांचा नावाने जन्म घ्या आणि खालसा पंथाची स्थापना करा. लक्ष्मण हे शेष नागाचे अवतार होते, या ठिकाणी शेषनागाने खूप कठीण तप करुन मोठी शक्ती प्राप्त करुन घेतली होती. रावणाच्या मुलगा मेघनाद बरोबर युद्ध करत असतांना लक्ष्मण जेव्हा घायाळ होतात तेव्हा आपली शक्ती परत घेण्यासाठी ते य ठिकाणी परत तप करुन आपल्या शक्ती परत प्राप्त केल्या होत्या. गुरु गोविंद सिंग जग भ्रमण करत असतांना य ठिकाणी काही दिवस तप केले होते म्हणून या जागेला खूप महत्व आहे.
#केदारनाथ - बारा #ज्योतिर्लिंगांपैकी एक, पंचकेदार व छोटा धाम या अत्यंत पवित्र मानल्या जाणाऱ्या तीर्थक्षेत्रांपैकी केदारनाथ एक मानले जाते. हिमालय पर्वतांमध्ये असलेल्या केदारनाथ मंदिराची उभारणी पांडवांनी केली असून, आद्य शंकराचार्यांनी या मंदिराचे पुनरुज्जीवन केले, अशी मान्यता आहे. गौरीकुंडहून चौदा कि.मी. अंतराचा खडतर प्रवास करूनच केदारनाथ मंदिरापर्यंत पोहोचता येते आणि केदारनाथांचे दर्शन घेता येते. २०१३ साली उत्तराखंडमध्ये आलेल्या विध्वंसक पुरामध्ये केदारनाथ गाव पूर्णपणे वाहून गेले. मात्र, दगडी केदारनाथ मंदिराला किंचितसा धक्काही पोचला नाही, हे आपण सर्वांनीच पाहिले. सहा महिने हे मंदिर पूर्ण बर्फाच्छादित असते. अक्षय्य तृतीयेच्या मुहुर्तावर किंवा त्या आसपास हे मंदिर भाविकांसाठी खुले केले जाते. केवळ सहा महिने हे मंदिर भाविकांसाठी खुले असते.

लेह लडाख ची भटकंती करणे हे प्रत्येक भटक्याचे स्वप्न असते.गर्द निळे आकाश,उंचच उंच बर्फाच्छादित पर्वतराजी व स्फटिकासारखे नितळ पाणी हे सर्व लेह-लडाख येथेच पाहायला मिळते.
