The Bastar Palace is one of the most important heritage sites in Jagdalpur.

This historical monument boasts fascinating art and architecture, complemented by exquisite carvings and engravings on walls and ceilings.

Surrounded by well-laid gardens and housing artefacts and figurines that tell the tale of past kings' glory, the palace invites history-lovers and tourists from far and wide.

‘Unforgettable', is all we can say about this trek!😍

In this picture, on the morning of 15th August, we did ‘The Freedom Trek' to , it was full of adventure, the path had multiple water-crossings, and tricky trails.

Everyone came together to help each other forming a human chain which was the best part of the day!

Isn’t it amazing how we meet different people from different regions and become friends?☘️

And there is an unspoken bond you create with the friends you trek with.🤓

Our guests from Bahrain and Raipur tasted lemon grass tea, hibiscus tea, blue pea tea and Anantmool tea, most of these have medicinal benefits !

This is the story of Urmila (mother of 3), a dhurva origin tribal lady leftmost in the picture) who is'nt just a homemaker in a beautiful village Manjhipal, nested near Kanger Valley National Park, but is also responsible for hosting tourists from across the globe !

She has stood parallel to Mr. Rajneesh Panikar in his tribal tours since 2008 and is the key person to manage and execute these tours.

Not only is she the head of food and beverages served in Aamcho laadi Soil of Tribal Origin but also manages, hosts and interacts with the travellers who come by!

We are brimming with gratitude and pride to be able to share her story with the world today !

The duo also run a tribal homestay in heart of dhurva tribal village, which offers an unmatched experience of tribal lifestyle in Bastar.

Kanger Valley National Park lies at a distance of 27 km from Jagdalpur City.

Spread over an area of 200 sq km, the park derives its name from the Kanger river, which flows throughout its length.

Kanger Valley attained the status of a National Park in 1982. Besides wildlife and plants, this national park is home to three exceptional caves—Kutumsar, Kailash, and Dandak—famous for the astounding geological formations of stalagmites and stalactites.

The Bastar hill mynah, a subspecies of the common hill Mynah which is protected under Schedule 1 (b) of the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972, calls the National Park it is home.

Monsoon brings a dramatic change in Chhattisgarh as it becomes an oasis for many natural sites, mighty waterfalls, countless streams, and little water bodies to experience natural pools. It’s the perfect time to bring yourself closer to nature and listen to the melodic whisper of greens all around.

Enjoy monsoon in Bastar with experiences like camping at exotic locations, day hiking, trekking and nature trails, bonfire, storytelling under the open sky, community interactions and heritage walks.

Monsoons bring out the craziness in us. And with we allow the travellers to be as crazy as they want to be.

Waterfalls are undoubtedly one of the most magical natural wonders in the world, and Bastar happens to be full of them.

It took us about 5 hours to complete this 7 km trek. It exhausted all of us but it was absolutely worth the hard work and sweat, especially when you get to sit under a waterfall to your heart’s content.
