Glad to share from our guest Soumeswar B on recent trip to Ooty for 4Days - Yesterday night at 9-30 pm , we reached home safely. It was a pleasant trip in all respect because of cold climate , very good hotel hospitality , well behaved car driver . We have covered all the spot you mentioned and luckily we also visited Ramakrishna Math which is very close to the hotel . Overall tour rating is 9 out of 10 . Fully satisfied. The trip was absolutely amazing end to end. Must recommend the driver Pallab. He was amazing.
The hotel in Guwahati was fabulous (being a 5 star).
The one in Kaziranga was also very good. The food probably was not as good as the Guwahati one, but we loved the whole ambience

Dear Mr. Brajabasi,

I am writing this mail in connection with our "Lakes and valleys" tour of Scotland in April last. The tour operated by Star Tours taken through your S B Global holidays.

I am glad to inform you the tour was very pleasant and enjoyable one. The accommodation and the food were well upto the mark. The sight seeing part was quite ok but there are scope for improvement in this aspect. I must mention the name of our tour manager/ guide Mr. Khushru who offered excellent service. Apart from his regular service he took personal care of individual tour members specifically the aged ones. He is a knowledgeable person with apleasant personality.

We look forward to take similar tours in the future.

Brajabasi, a big Thankyou to you both for curating a wonderful vacation for us. We travelled to Netherlands, Scotland and England. The hotel locations were excellent, very traveller friendly. The bus tours were good. Though it included ten to twelve hours of driving in one day, but it was not tiering. If you give them your requirements clearly, SB Global always delivers as per your expectations. Thank you for always being our travel partners
