Package tour of *Arunachal Pradesh with Kamakhya Temple* by *Icchedana Holidays*

*Programme Schedule::*
Day 1 = Happy journey from Howrah rly.stn.
Day 2= *Bhalukpong*
In the morning pick up from Guwahati/Kamaksha railway station/ Guwahati Airport and after breakfast transfer (250 km/5 hrs) to the hotel at Bhalukpong.
Day 3 = *Dirang*
After breakfast check out the hotel of Bhalukpong & transfer (185 km/6.30 hrs) to the hotel at Dirang via the sightseeing of Tippi Orchid Centre.
Day 4 = *Tawang*
In the morning after breakfast check out the hotel of Dirang & transfer (155 km/6 hrs) to the hotel at Tawang via the sightseeing of Sella Pass (14,000 feet above sea level) and Jaswant Garh War Memorial.
Day 5 = *Tawang*
After breakfast journey for local sightseeing of Tawang... Monastery (Galden Namgyel Lhatse, 400 years old), Lord Buddha statue, War Memorial, Tawang Craft center.
Day 6 = *Tawang*
After breakfast journey for local sightseeing of Tawang.....Madhuri Lake. You can also visit Bumla Pass (extra cost).
Day 7 = *Bomdila*
After breakfast check out the hotel of Tawang & transfer (180 km/7 hrs) to the hotel at Bomdila via the sightseeing of Dirang Fort, Sangti valley, National Yak Farm, Apple & Kiwi nursery (Seasonal), Hot water spring.
Day 8 = *Guwahati*
After breakfast check out the hotel of Bomdila & transfer (340 km/9 hrs) to the hotel at Guwahati via the sightseeing of Bomdila Monastery, Craft center and Bomdila view point.
Day 9 = Early in the morning check out the hotel of Guwahati & drop at Guwahati/Kamaksha railway station Or Guwahati Airport via visiting of Maa Kamaksha Temple.
Day 10 = In the morning arrival at Howrah rly. stn. with sweet memories.
*Special Attractions::*
(1) Craft Centre & Yak Farm....local sightseeing.
(2) Expert Tour guide for group tour (for min 12 pax).
(3) For inner line permit to visit Arunachal Pradesh you must send your documents at least 5 days prior from the beginning of the tour.

(2) *Transportation* = Tempo traveler reserved for 8 days.
(3) *Meal plan (AP)* = Breakfast, lunch & dinner with 2 times tea (Meal will be provided from the 2nd day's breakfast to the 9th day's lunch).
(4) *Train fare*= Non-AC Sleeper (up & down).

(1) Flight ticket, Permission Charge, Entry Fees, Tips, Pony charges, Porter charges, Gondola charges, River Rafting, Laundry, Any Personal Activities etc...
(2) Foods on both sides train journey.
(3) Optional tour.
(4) Bumla Pass....sightseeing charge.
*Package Cost*::
= *Rs 28,200* per head (for 3 person sharing in one room)
*Or*,
= *Rs 29,000* per head (for 2 person sharing in one room)
*Terms & conditions::*
(1) Cost arising due to bad weather, political violence, strike, road blockade, act of govt. etc. is to be settled by the guest at the point.
(2) Cost arising due to bad weather, political violence, strike, road blockade, Act of God etc is to be settled by the Tourists at spot.
(3) Entry fees, guide charges, porter charges, tips and all the other additional charges which are not mentioned in the package cost will be paid by the guests.
(4) Any tour ordered separately is to be settled separately by the guest.
(5) Programme is subject to change due to any unavoidable circumstances on the spot.
(6) Guests must carry the original & Xerox of voter id/passport, photos, child id proof (Aadhaar card/birth certificate) along with Xerox copy.
(7) Child age up to 05 years @ 0%, from 05 up to 08 years @ 50% and above 08 years full payment.
(8) Please note that above mentioned package cost is applicable for minimum 12 persons and package cost may vary according to the number of guest.
*Cancellation policy::*
(1) If you cancel 45 days before date of journey 15% of the total package cost will be deducted, also, 30 days before 30% & 15 days before 75% of the total package cost will be deducted. If you cancel the tour, no fund is allowed to refund .After deduction balance amount will be adjusted to the next any declared tour of the company within 4/5 months.
