Institutional quarantine - 14 days.
Home quarantine
State domicile – Individuals will have to undergo a swab test and home quarantine for 14 days if the results are negative.
Defence personnel – No quarantine requirement.
State/Airport obligations:
Passengers will be tested for COVID upon arrival.
They will be under institutional quarantine until their test results are declared negative. (Results are issued 4 days after the test)
Individuals will have to follow through the mandatory 14-day home quarantine (or as applicable) even if they test negative.
Airlines obligations
Deplane passengers from the rear of the aircraft.
Inform passengers of the quarantine norms and COVID testing upon their arrival.
Passenger obligations - Filling up the ICMR health form on arrival.
COVID test - Individuals (except defence personnel) will have to undergo mandatory COVID tests on arrival.
