Assalamu alaikum
As per my booking in Hotel snowlite near gosiya hospital khanyar srinagarI have booked 22+1 rooms for 4 nights .but after 3 nights hotel owner tells me that your booking is only for 3 nights only. Even i have conformation mail for 4 nights .even showing the mail the entire hotel staff was rude to me as well as with my clients .
It's all because they have taken over bookings and the hotel owner don't care about the travel agents of kashmir they only think about there own business. Because of this incident I lost my agent and my business.
It's my humble request to all the travel agents don't book this hotel .
