I am Tracy Ryan, a 38-year-old Irish woman who first came to India in 2007. Following three visits in three years, I left Ireland and my job as a meditation teacher to move here so as to discover and deepen authenticity and truth. I found a home at the foot of the holy mountain Arunachala in the town of Tiruvannamalai, South India, an environment which readily sustains and supports this intention. To travel with me to Arunachala is to have a friend who will take care of much of the practical aspects of your journey - transport, accommodation, food - allowing you to absorb yourself in the sacred vibrations of this holy place. I will also facilitate a daily group meeting to provide space and support to what you are processing throughout it all.
