Depending upon your preferences there are plenty of options. Fresh seafood, Chicken, Goat with level of spice depending upon your tastes. Fresh fruits and juices as many times as you'd like in the day. Most vegetables, tubers, Meat & eggs will be organic and sourced from our own land around the house and from the local farmers.
