Following the successful completion of Tourism Investors Meet (TIM), a review meeting was held on 9th Jan ‘24. The review meeting was chaired by the Tourism Minister, Sri. P. A. Mohamed Riyas in the presence of the Additional Director (General) of Kerala Tourism, Sri Prem Krishnan, IAS and the Secretary – Tourism, Government of Kerala, Sri Biju K, IAS.
A Tourism facilitation center will also be set up in this regard within the premises of the Kerala Tourism Department and will be managed by the Director of Tourism. The convenor for the facilitation center would be the Additional Director (General) of Kerala Tourism and the co-convenor of the center would be the KTIL Chairman & Managing Director.
A Project monitoring committee would be formed to follow-up on promising projects that were screened and evaluated during TIM 2023. 19 investors from TIM 2023 have been shortlisted and their projects would be followed up for action and review on a regular basis.
