Bhangarh is a village situated in Rajgarh Alwar, Rajasthan state of India. It is famous for its historical ruins and is considered to be one of India's many haunted locations. It is situated in the Rajgarh municipality of the Alwar district in Rajasthan. Bhangarh is at the edge of the Sariska Tiger Reserve. Bhangarh is also a pre-historic site and tourist spot. The journey to Bhangarh takes approx 1.5 hrs and is 65 km from Jaipur. The most remarkable aspects of Bhangarh are its old buildings: the Hindu temples of Gopinath, Shiv, Hanuman, Ganensh, Vishal Devta, Lavina Devi, and Keshav Rai. Other buildings include shops and dhabas along the main road, several havelis, a mosque, and a palace. The palace is protected by two inner fortifications across the valley. The town is separated from the plain by ramparts with five gates. The town was established in 1573 during the rule of Kachwaha Rajput ruler of Jaipur Bhagwant Das as the residence of his second son Madho Singh, the younger brother of Emperor Akbar's general, Man Singh I. Madho Singh participated in many campaigns with his father and brother.

Nathdwara is a town in India's western state of Rajasthan. It is located in the Aravalli hills, on the banks of the Banas River in Rajsamand District, 48 kilometres north-east of Udaipur. This town is famous for its temple of Krishna which houses the deity of Shrinathji, a 14th-century, 7-year-old "infant" incarnation of Krishna. The deity was originally worshiped at Mathura and was shifted in the 1672 from Govardhan hill, near Mathura along holy river Yamuna after being retained at Agra for almost six months. Literally, Nathdwara means ‘Gateway to Shrinathji ’. Nathdwara is a significant Vaishnavite shrine pertaining to the Pushti Marg or the Vallabh Sampradaya or the Shuddha Advaita founded by Vallabha Acharya, revered mainly by people of Gujarat and Rajasthan, among others. Vitthal Nathji, son of Vallabhacharya institutionalised the worship of Shrinathji at Nathdwara. Nathdwara town itself is popularly referred to as ‘Shrinathji’, after the presiding deity.

Pushkar is a town bordering the Thar Desert, in the northeastern Indian state of Rajasthan. It's set on Pushkar Lake, a sacred Hindu site with 52 ghats (stone staircases) where pilgrims bathe. The town has hundreds of temples, including 14th-century Jagatpita Brahma Mandir, dedicated to the god of creation, which has a distinctive red spire and walls inlaid with pilgrims’ silver coins.
On the edge of Pushkar, the Savriti temple sits on a hilltop overlooking the lake and the desert, and Gayatri temple is renowned for its sunrise views. Camel safaris visit nearby desert villages. It’s possible to study yoga, and to explore the surrounding desert on hiking, hot-air ballooning, horse-riding or motorbike trips. Bazaars sell leather goods, traditional embroidered Rajasthani clothing and jewelry. The annual Pushkar Fair is a huge camel market that draws hundreds of thousands of visitors. It incorporates bathing on the ghats, races and folkloric performances.

Jodhpur is a city in the Thar Desert of the northwest Indian state of Rajasthan. Its 15th-century Mehrangarh Fort is a former palace that’s now a museum, displaying weapons, paintings and elaborate royal palanquins (sedan chairs). Set on on a rocky outcrop, the fort overlooks the walled city, where many buildings are painted the city’s iconic shade of blue.
Northeast of the fort is the Jaswant Thada, a white marble mausoleum in a lakeside setting. On a hilltop to the southeast, the domed, marble Umaid Bhawan Palace is the residence of Jodhpur's maharaja. It has gardens, a public museum filled with furniture, weapons and china, a display of classic cars and a luxury hotel. The old city, the area around the iconic Ghanta Ghar clock tower, is home to a market where stallholders sell spices, food, clothing and jewelry. The city's well-known annual Gangaur Festival focuses on women's rituals.
