বাড়ীর ঠিক গায়েই মাটির বাঁধটার উপরে ইঁটের বাঁধানো সংকীর্ণ পথ একপাশে সবুজ ম্যানগ্রোভ আর একপাশে গুটি কয়েক টালির চালের মাটির বাড়ী। সন্ধার উলুধোনি আর শাখের আওয়াজে ঘোমটা পরা গৃহবধূর তুলসী মঞ্চে সন্ধা প্রদীপ জ্বেলে দিয়ে গেলো, দু পা এগোতেই সমূদ্রের গম্ভীর গর্জন মনে হয় কোন দানব এগিয়ে আসছে, এখন জোয়ার। বাঁধানো মস্ত বড় বাঁধে নীলাভ জলরাশি প্রবল গতিতে আছরে পড়ছে। হালকা জলের ছিটায় দেহটা যেন নিমিষেই চাঙ্গা হয়ে গেল । যতদূর দৃষ্টি যায় শুধু জল আর জল যা পাক খেতে খেতে একের পর এক ঢেউ তুলে এগিয়ে আসছে। কোলকাতা থেকে দূরত্ব ঘণ্টা ছয়েকের তবে সেই দূরত্ব যারা অতিক্রম করে আসবে তাদের এই জি প্লটের গোবর্ধনপুর গ্রাম খালি হাতে ফেরাবেনা কখনোই। এখানে সমুদ্র তো নিজের, মনে হয় একদম আপন কেউ যেখানে ঘণ্টার পর ঘণ্টা তার সাথে সুখ দুঃখে শেয়ার করা যায়। টুরিস্টের কোন চাপ না থাকার ফলে প্রকৃতি যেন আপন খেয়ালে একেরপর এক ছবি এঁকে চলেছে যা মুঠোফোনে ভরতে ভরতে জায়গা ক্রমশ্যই ফুরিয়ে আসছে। সুযোগ আর অ্যাডভেঞ্চার প্রতি উৎসাহ থাকলে সমুদ্র আর অরণ্য এই দুই একসাথে থাকবে সারাক্ষণ আপনার ছায়াসঙ্গী হয়ে।
