Travelers / Tourists are eager to visit Himachal Pradesh's catalog locations.Locals are anxiously waiting for tourists, specially punjabi tourists to turn up in HP again. However Himachal Pradesh govt has put hard restrictions on entering into state due to COVID-19. In fact, Himachal Pradesh is the most difficult state to get enter in India 🇮🇳 during these COVID19 times.
We were fortunate enough to visit Himachal in a time when Entry into HP is like a US 🇺🇸 visa to an Iranian 🇮🇷 citizen. The RT-PCR Covid 19 test and other supporting documents were thoroughly examined at Katori Bangla check post by HP officials, after they granted us permission to enter HP. We were finally on dev bhumi after few unsuccessful attempts to visit places like Dalhousie, Khajiar,Chamba(popularly called Mini Switzerland) of Northern Himachal Pardesh. The beauty of the mountain trails welcomed us with open arms.
P.S Although Center Government has directed all states to lift restrictions but HP Govt still has not given much relaxation.

ਮੁਸਾਫ਼ਿਰ/ਯਾਤਰੀ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਕੈਟਾਲਾਗ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਉਤਸੁਕ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਕੋਵਿਡ -19 ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਰਾਜ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਣ 'ਤੇ ਸਖਤ ਪਾਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਲਗਾ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਸਥਾਨਕ ਲੋਕ ਬੇਚੈਨੀ ਨਾਲ ਸੈਲਾਨੀਆਂ ਵਿਸੇਸ਼ ਕਰ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸੈਲਾਨੀਆ ਨੂੰ ਮੁੜ ਉਡੀਕਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀਤ ਹੋਏ। ਅਸਲ ਵਿਚ ਇਸ COVID19 ਸਮੇਂ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਭਾਰਤ 🇮🇳 ਵਿਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਣਾ ਲਈ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਰਾਜ ਹੈ । ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ਕਿਸਮਤ ਹਾਂ ਜਦੋਂ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿਚ ਦਾਖਲਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਇਕ ਈਰਾਨੀ🇮🇷 ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਲਈ ਯੂਐਸ 🇺🇸 ਵੀਜ਼ਾ ਵਾਂਗ ਹੈ। ਆਰਟੀ-ਪੀਸੀਆਰ ਕੋਵਿਡ 19 ਟੈਸਟ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਨਕ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕੇਟੋਰੀ ਬੰਗਲਾ ਚੈੱਕ ਪੋਸਟ 'ਤੇ ਬਾਰੀਕੀ ਨਾਲ ਜਾਂਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ। ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਐਚਪੀ ਵਿਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਆਗਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ । ਉੱਤਰੀ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ ਦੇ ਡਲਹੌਜ਼ੀ, ਖਜੀਅਰ, ਚੰਬਾ (ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਮਿੰਨੀ ਸਵਿਟਜ਼ਰਲੈਂਡ ਕਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ) ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਸਥਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਦੌਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਕੁਝ ਅਸਫਲ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਸੀਂ ਆਖਰਕਾਰ ਦੇਵ ਭੂਮੀ ਤੇ ਸੀ। ਪਹਾੜੀ ਮਾਰਗਾਂ ਦੀ ਖੂਬਸੂਰਤੀ ਨੇ ਖੁੱਲੇ ਬਾਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਸਾਡਾ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਪੀ.ਐੱਸ. ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਰਾਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਬੰਦੀਆਂ ਹਟਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਐਚ ਪੀ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਅਜੇ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤੀ ਢਿੱਲ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਾਖਲ ਹੋਣ ਦੀ ਤਾਜ਼ਾ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਪੇਜ ਮੁਸਾਫਿਰ_ਕਾਰਵਾਂ 'ਤੇ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ। ਇਸ ਕੋਵਿਡ -19 ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਹਿਮਾਚਲ ਪ੍ਰਦੇਸ਼ ਯਾਤਰਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਜਲਦੀ ਸਾਂਝੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਏਗੀ । ਜੁੜੇ ਰਹੋ!
